Our mission is to cater to patients with complicated vision and eye health needs. Each unique situation requires a personalized solution. Operating as a self-pay practice gives us the flexibility to devote extra time and effort toward that end while providing a high caliber of care.
If you have insurance, you may still be able to use your out-of-network benefits. We ask that you pay for the exam up front and self-submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider. We can provide you with an itemized receipt that includes diagnosis and procedure codes to aid in that process.
