Corneal Transplant

Corneal transplants replace scarred, damaged, or an excessively thin cornea. Even a successful corneal transplant can have large impacts on vision quality. We use advanced technology to optimize vision and comfort with a specialty contact lens.

Corneal Scarring

A corneal scar blocks or distorts light as it enters the eye and can decrease vision and create extra glare. By wearing a scleral contact lens, or specialty contact lens, vision can be significantly improved!

Irregular and/or High Astigmatism

Astigmatism is the shape of your cornea, the clear front surface of the eye. It can also come from inside your eye, the crystalline lens. Embrace your astigmatism (corneal curvature) as we design a lens that is specific to your corneal shape! Specialty lenses are often more stable and do not rotate, which reduces fluctuation in vision and improves your quality of life.

Post-LASIK Ectasia

Post-LASIK ectasia is a rare condition where the cornea becomes weakened and bulges outward after LASIK surgery, leading to visual distortion and potential vision loss. Treatment options include specialized contact lenses, corneal cross-linking, or in severe cases, corneal transplant.

Myopia

We offer treatments to slow the progression of near-sightedness (blurry vision at a distance) in children including: orthokeratology, MiSight 1 day contact lenses, and low-dose Atropine.
